Features & Benefits of Insulation

Features Benefits
Insulation RMAX has a range of products developed to meet the specific insulation needs of the building industry.
Versatility EPS insulation can be applied to all areas of building construction – ceilings, walls, roofs, floors and underslab.
High
R values
Enables less EPS to be used in order to achieve a specific R value when compared to other insulative materials.
RMAX EPS retains its insulative qualities for the life of the structure.
Long term Recyclable
RMAX EPS is 100% recyclable, and RMAX is a member of EPSA the industry recycling body. RMAX also operates its own recycling facilities.
Moisture resistance Of all materials used for insulation, RMAX EPS is one of the most resistant to the adverse effects of moisture.
Lightweight but strong The excellent compressive and flexural strength of RMAX EPS gives it an exceptionally high strength to weight ratio.
Durable RMAX EPS is an inert and organic material and does not rot, is resistant to mildew and provides no nutritional value to ants, termites and rodents.
Fire retardant RMAX EPS does not present an undue fire hazard when correctly installed due to the fire retardant additive included during manufacture.
Building versatility RMAX EPS can be used in almost any application where insulation or a combination of insulation and strength are required.
