ThermaLock®

ThermaLock® features a simple self locking mechanism, the result of angled cuts within the shiplap joint, enabling the installer to attach the material to its host a section at a time via a simple snap together action. The material holds itself in place leaving both hands free for other operations.

Less insulation thickness is required because of its low K values, resulting in a smaller outside diameter, reducing the area of heat gain. Constant insulation thickness ensures reliable thermal resistance.

All ThermaLock® materials are non-toxic and non-fibrous and in addition, Isolite® expanded polystyrene is non-allergenic and non-irritant.

ThermaLock® can be computer cut to meet varying contours and vessel/piping sizes.
